NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Bird Bam Mahjong, a product of Powder Hound Pet Company LLC ("Sponsor"), 4078 Saddleback Rd., Park City, UT 84098. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or Miss Mahjong LLC.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and agents, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time and ends on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer or timekeeping is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, locate the pinned Giveaway post on Sponsor's Instagram account @CheersBirdBam and complete the following required steps: (a) Follow @CheersBirdBam and @MissMahjongofficial on Instagram; (b) Like the Giveaway post; and (c) Leave a comment on the Giveaway post tagging another Instagram user you would like to play with.Each comment tagging a different eligible person counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per participant from tagging.
Bonus entries. A participant may earn one (1) additional entry as follows:
Download the Bird Bam Mahjong app and comment "DOWNLOADED" on the Giveaway post → one (1) additional entry. Downloading the app is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win.
A free Instagram account is required to participate; creating an Instagram account is free. Entries that are incomplete, that do not follow these rules, or that are generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. All entries must be posted before the end of the Entry Period.
5. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, October 19, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.The potential winner will be notified by direct message from @CheersBirdBam and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to confirm eligibility and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting.
6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a Miss Cowgirl tile set and a Lasso mat. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $495. The ARV is Sponsor's good-faith estimate; no cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not specified in these rules are at Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and for any expenses not expressly stated as included. The prize will be shipped to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia only.
7. Release. By entering, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Powder Hound Pet Company LLC, Miss Mahjong LLC, Instagram, Apple Inc., Google LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and employees (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Instagram Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Each participant completely releases Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.
9. Miss Mahjong LLC. Miss Mahjong LLC is the maker of the prize but is not a sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway. Sponsor purchased the prize and is the sole sponsor and administrator. Miss Mahjong LLC is a Released Party under Section 7.
10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's Instagram handle in connection with announcing and promoting the Giveaway, without further compensation or notice.
11. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, in which case a winner may be selected at random from eligible entries received prior to the impairment.
12. Limitation of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries, or for any technical malfunctions, failures, errors, or delays in transmission or communication. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
13. Governing Law and Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By entering, each participant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
14. Privacy. Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available here.
Sponsor will use shipping information solely to fulfill the prize.
15. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period to: Powder Hound Pet Company LLC, 4078 Saddleback Rd., Park City, UT 84098, Attn: Bird Bam Mahjong Launch Giveaway Winner Request.
16. Not Affiliated. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or Miss Mahjong LLC.
